Return & Exchange Policy

At Jeanne Feghaly Couture, we pride ourselves on crafting pieces that reflect timeless elegance, uncompromising quality, and emotional connection. However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and exchange policy designed with care, precision, and your convenience in mind.

Exchanges

You may request an exchange within 15 days of delivery by completing our [Exchange Request Form] and contacting our Client Services team, who will guide you through every step and provide a prepaid shipping label with detailed return instructions.

To ensure eligibility, all items must be returned in their original, pristine condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact. Pieces that do not meet these conditions will regrettably be returned to the sender.

For clients wishing to exchange in person, we welcome you to visit our boutique, where our Fashion Advisor will be pleased to assist you. Kindly bring your item(s) in their original packaging, accompanied by the sales invoice included in your shipment.

Online Returns

Should you wish to return an item, you may do so within 15 days of the delivery date. Simply complete the [Return Request Form] using the order number from your confirmation email. Once approved, our team will provide full return instructions.

Please allow up to 7 business days for processing once your return is received. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment and typically reflect in your account within 10 business days. Items must meet the same condition criteria as listed above to be accepted for return.

Price Differences in Exchanges

Should your requested exchange item be of a lesser value, the difference will be credited to your Jeanne Feghaly Couture wallet for future use. For items of greater value, a supplemental payment will be required before confirming the exchange. Kindly note that monetary refunds are not issued in such cases.

Non-Refundable Charges

Please note that shipping fees, duties, and handling costs are non-refundable. Refunds apply solely to the value of the returned garment.
